Our Team

A highly qualified and experienced team dedicated to children, families and quality early learning.

At the heart of our preschool is a team of dedicated, experienced and passionate early childhood professionals who are committed to providing children and families with a high-quality preschool experience.

Our team brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and diverse professional skills to our preschool. We are particularly proud of the continuity within our team, with many educators having been part of our preschool for 10–30 years. This stability enables educators to build strong, trusting relationships with children and families and to develop a deep understanding of our preschool community.

Our educators work collaboratively with children and families, colleagues, other professionals, local schools and our wider community. We value ongoing professional learning, reflective practice and shared knowledge, ensuring our practice continues to evolve in response to current research, the Early Years Learning Framework and the needs of the children and families we support.

Our team includes Early Childhood Teachers, Diploma and Certificate III educators, Inclusion Support Educators and an Administration Officer, working collaboratively under the leadership of our Educational Leader and Preschool Director. Each brings their own strengths, interests and expertise to our program and contributes to creating a warm, inclusive and engaging environment for children.

Children benefit from a consistent team of educators, with three educators generally working within each class group each day. This provides children with continuity in their relationships and learning while allowing educators to be responsive and actively engaged with children throughout the day.

The safety and wellbeing of children is central to everything we do. All educators hold current ACECQA-approved First Aid qualifications, including Emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management, and undertake Child Protection training. All educators are also required to hold a current NSW Working with Children Check and undertake Mandatory Child Safety Training.
